No. Our service is designed for importers who have already found their suppliers and only need logistics support. You manage the relationship with your suppliers and we take care of receiving, consolidating and shipping your cargo from China.
CBM means cubic meter. It is the standard unit for measuring cargo volume. To calculate it multiply: length × width × height of your boxes in meters. For example, a box of 50cm × 40cm × 30cm = 0.06 CBM. Our quote calculator helps you estimate it easily.
Sea transit from Foshan takes approximately: Ecuador (Guayaquil): 30-35 days, Colombia (Buenaventura): 28-35 days, Peru (Callao): 28-32 days. Add consolidation time at our warehouse, usually 5-10 business days.
The main documents are: Bill of Lading, commercial invoice from your suppliers, packing list, and your country's import documents. We handle the export documentation in China.
When your cargo arrives at our warehouse, we can open the packages, inspect the products and inform you about their condition with detailed photos. This service has an additional cost per session. You can request it when creating your shipment.
When we receive your cargo, we document everything with photos and notes. If we detect damage or differences from what was declared, we notify you immediately with photographic evidence so you can manage the claim with your supplier.
